One of three Asian Small-clawed Otter brothers at Busch Gardens in Tampa, FL. These guys are incredibly playful, active, and very photogenic - I've gotten dozens of good photos of them. This, however, is one of my favorites.

I have a number of otters myself...
My alias Danbuster the hare is actually one of a Main Character Triumvirate, along with a ferret and a rat, his best friends - but they do have otter friends in the supporting cast. In fact, the ferret Frederick, an orphan, was raised by an otter family and behaves a bit like one himself. :XD:
However, some friends of Danbuster, Frederick and Spencer - Leroy "Hydrex" & Pearl Rudderbuck have appeared in their own story (Hydrex Adventure, a Flash feature I made last year), so they have ascended to main character status at least once. ;)

I saw them on your profile, you have a very nice cast of characters. Reminds me of quite a few shows like 'Fox and The Hound' and Disney's 'Robin Hood'.

A lot of things, I try to keep my ideas away from influences so I don't copy work. But I do have main ones being the game company 'Square Enix' and the lovely all women's anime group 'Clamp'.
